Brief Posting Description:
Work with localization as functional leader on integration process based on Brazil work with LAD localizations products to cover country requirements in LAD.
This includes the understand, specify, setup and test user cases in order to validate integration flows with a solution partner or even among Oracle products.
It also includes to work close with customer support, or even customers war room with the main goal to accelerate the problem understanding and consequently proposal solution.
Detailed Description:
Once there is a demand for an integration, it is necessary to understand the business model and how the new solution can fit in the business flow.
Design the new business flow, think on dashboars, how customer can follow up what's going on with the integration, what are the map of status, work very close to technical team to understand the back and forward of information.
Once it is done, another tasks must be done as training for implementers, sales team etc..
Build documentation, templates that can be used, make videos to be available on Otube.
Bring the requirements to Strategy team when needed.
It is expected:
- Graduate in Computer Science or similar
- Mastering in Brazilian fiscal business flow and setup Brazilian tax at Tax Cloud
- English, Spanish at least intermediate level
- Self-study by virtual training available at Oracle
- Ability to solve problems though detailed analysis and investigation allied with creative solutions
- Written and verbal communication skills and strong teamwork capabilities
- Organization and well done, structured and well-documented coding is a mandatory
- Be able to create and maintain technical documentation in English, and White Papers/Notes on support portal.
- Travel availability
- Availability to work with flexible shifts when necessary
- Teamplayer, sharing good experience, help other in the team and never leaving a problem without being addressed.
- Fully engagement with customer success
- Willing of discover in how new technologies works, in how that solution fits in the business flow, get the whole picture.
- Ability to Multi-task a must.
- 8 years of experience Brazilian Business flows mainly focuses in Financial
- 6 years of experience with LACLS solutions, and Cloud ERP in Procurement to Pay and Order to Cash.
- Good understanding of software architecture, development life cycle and formal methodologies.
- 10 years of experience with EBS financials, Integrated Receiving and fiscal partners.
**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**
Analyzes software for globalization specifications.
Documents and communicates the results.
Designs software globalization solutions in the form of globalization design documents.
Designs quality test measures for a broad range of software/hardware products.
Prepares installation scripts and local project files for submission to Language/Localization Specialists.
Integrates programs, such as (but not limited to) Windows NT, Internet Explorer, and SQL Server in localized languages.
Modifies processes to handle building various languages and installers to support international languages.
Designs and implements test plans and test cases.
Demonstrating knowledge of developmental and localization tools, methodologies and languages, communicates with Language/Localization Specialists and provides support on context for translation strings in addition to training instructions and support for new Language/Localization Specialists.
