Operations Associate RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive team member to support our operations.Schedule meetings, prepare reports, and maintain sales records.Ensure client records are updated and accurate.Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams for smooth communication and workflow.Daily audits will be performed to maintain process adherence and data integrity.Ad-hoc support will be provided to ensure operational efficiency.The ideal candidate will have fluent English skills, extreme attention to detail, strong organizational skills, adaptability, and flexibility.A problem-solving mindset, passion for continuous improvement, and ability to work independently in a team environment is required.Key Responsibilities:Respond to client inquiries professionally, escalating when necessary.Track key metrics, generate reports, and provide data-driven insights.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in sales administration or operations support.Proficiency in tools like Notion, Hubspot, Zapier, or similar software.
