About UsAt our organization, we specialize in delivering high-quality UI/UX and branding solutions for early-stage SaaS startups based in the United States.The OpportunityWe are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Product Designer.This role is ideal for a designer who thrives on solving complex user problems, designing for technical audiences, and delivering intuitive, scalable product experiences in fast-paced, startup environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end product design processes, from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design;Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to define product requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions;Design intuitive interfaces for complex cybersecurity tools and SaaS products, focusing on usability, scalability, and performance;Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions and optimize user experience;Collaborate with stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives, technical constraints, and customer needs;Create and maintain design systems and UI libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across the product suite;Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, user behavior patterns in B2B software, and industry best practices in product design;Mentor junior designers and provide design critique and feedback within the team.RequirementsFull professional proficiency in English (verbal and written), with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale and collaborate with international teams;Strong portfolio showcasing complex product design work for enterprise software, especially in security, data visualization, or technical tools;Deep expertise with design tools like Figma, FigJam, and prototyping tools such as Framer or Principle;Solid understanding of user flows, interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy for B2B software;Experience working in agile development environments, with strong collaboration skills alongside Product Managers and Engineers;Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design principles.
