OverviewQuem é a Dock?Há mais de 20 anos, cumprimos a missão de democratizar o acesso a serviços financeiros, tornando experiências financeiras mais simples e acessíveis.Somos um time de pessoas obstinadas, que acreditam na tecnologia e nos serviços como os principais facilitadores para a evolução de nossos clientes e a transformação do papel das finanças.Atuando em 11 localidades pela América Latina, trabalhamos sob o propósito de desmaterializar o universo financeiro para impulsionar a sociedade.Como é o nosso time de Platform Engineering?A missão do nosso time de Platform Engineering é transformar a complexidade da nossa infraestrutura em vantagem competitiva e inovação tecnológica para a companhia, migrando de operações reativas para Plataformas pró-ativas que acelerem nossos times de tech com padronização, governança, escalabilidade, velocidade de entrega de ambientes e segurança.É um time responsável por criar, evoluir e manter novos produtos de tecnologia para os times Tech da Dock, com foco em Produtos Self-Service, Blueprints e Scaffolding, IDP (Internal Developer Platform), Governança e Orquestração de Automações.O dia a diaBuscamos por talentos inigualáveis para nos ajudar a espalhar o poder financeiroNesta função, você irá:Construir e evoluir ferramentas internas (Internal Developer Platform – IDP) que facilitem o autosserviço dos times.Implementar pipelines de CI/CD e automações de infraestrutura como código.Apoiar a padronização de ambientes e práticas de governança na plataforma.Contribuir na observabilidade e resiliência da infraestrutura (dashboards, alertas, métricas).Ajudar squads de produto a remover fricções no ciclo de vida de software.Colaborar com áreas estratégicas (Segurança, Governança, Observabilidade, Infraestrutura).Documentar soluções e disseminar boas práticas técnicas entre os times.Avaliar ferramentas e propor melhorias contínuas na plataforma.O que esperamos de você?Orquestração e Containers: experiência prática em Kubernetes e Docker.Infraestrutura como Código (IaC): Terraform, Helm ou Kustomize.Cloud Providers: conhecimento sólido em pelo menos um (AWS, GCP ou Azure).CI/CD & Automação: experiência com pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins ou similares).Observabilidade: experiência com logs, métricas e tracing (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, OpenTelemetry).Governança: noções de segurança em Kubernetes (RBAC, secrets, policies).É desejável que você tenha:3+ anos de experiência em Engenharia de Plataforma, DevOps ou SRE.Experiência prática em ambientes produtivos com containers.Conhecimento em GitOps (ArgoCD ou Flux).Noções de boas práticas de resiliência (SLOs, SLIs, alta disponibilidade).Experiência em mais de um cloud provider.Vivência em migrações (on-premise ? cloud ou monólito ? microsserviços).Conhecimento em service mesh (Istio, Linkerd, Cilium).Familiaridade com plataformas de IDP (Backstage, Cortex, Humanitec).Certificações (CKA, CKAD, AWS Associate/Professional, GCP PCA, etc.).Experiência com banco de dados em Kubernetes (StatefulSets, Operators).BenefíciosAuxílio alimentação (mercado & restaurante);Plano de saúde e odontológico;Hospital digital;Suporte psicológico para psicoterapia online;Orientação ergonômica;Wellhub e TotalPass;Auxílio mensal para despesas remote first;Previdência privada após 6 meses de trabalho;Licença parental estendida;Auxílio creche;Auxílio para pais de filhos especiais;Disponibilidade de coworking no Brasil inteiro.#J-18808-Ljbffr
