Local: São Paulo, BrasilSobre a Posição (About the Role)Como Especialista de Aquisição de Talentos , você será o ponto focal exclusivo para o recrutamento de ciclo completo no Brasil, atuando em um modelo estratégico de RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) . Você fará parceria com gerentes contratantes (Hiring Managers) de uma grande empresa farmacêutica para recrutar talentos cruciais, abrangendo desde o nível júnior até o de diretoria. Esta função é uma ponte vital entre coordenadores de contratação e recrutadores sêniores, garantindo a excelência do candidato e um impacto significativo no recrutamento.Principais Responsabilidades (Key Responsibilities)Recrutamento de ciclo completo para posições altamente especializadas e complexas no setor farmacêutico. Propriedade e execução da contratação para funções de nicho, incluindo Clinical Research Associates (CRAs), Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) e posições de liderança especializada. Colaboração proativa com gerentes globais para posições com reporte internacional, exigindo forte comunicação para reuniões de alinhamento e intake meetings . Melhorar a experiência do candidato , gerenciando todos os aspectos do engajamento, da logística à comunicação proativa. Servir como o principal recrutador no Brasil, garantindo que as estratégias de sourcing e contratação sejam cultural e comercialmente relevantes. Atuar como um parceiro consultivo para o cliente, oferecendo uma experiência de recrutamento profissional e de alto impacto.Qualificações Obrigatórias (Required Qualifications)5+ anos de experiência em recrutamento de ciclo completo ( full-cycle recruitment ). Capacidade comprovada de recrutar em uma ampla faixa de senioridade, do nível júnior ao de diretoria.Fluência em Português e Inglês é mandatória. Experiência como profissional de aquisição de talentos para uma empresa farmacêutica é altamente preferida. You will partner with hiring managers at a major pharmaceutical company to recruit for mission-critical talent, from junior to director levels. This role is a vital bridge between hiring coordinators and senior recruiters, ensuring both candidate excellence and significant recruitment impact.Key Responsibilities End-to-end recruitment for highly specialized and complex roles within the pharmaceutical industry. Ownership of hiring for niche roles , including Clinical Research Associates, Medical Science Liaisons, and specialized leadership. Proactive collaboration with global managers for international-reporting positions, requiring strong communication for intake meetings and alignments. Enhance the candidate experience , managing all aspects of engagement, from logistics to proactive communication. Serve as the primary recruiter across Brazil , ensuring sourcing and hiring strategies are culturally and commercially relevant. Act as a consultative partner for the client, providing a professional and impactful recruitment experience.Required Qualifications 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience. Proven ability to recruit across a wide seniority range, from junior to director-level roles.Fluency in both Portuguese and English is mandatory. Background as a talent acquisition professional for a pharmaceutical company is highly preferred.
