**Responibilities**
Brazil Finance Director, reporting to Latin America CFO and responsible for Brazil and the scope will be mainly:
- Ensure accounting and tax compliance with IFRS, Brazil GAPP and Vestas GAAP
- Tax audit in the sub-region
- Comply with internal and external audits
- Cash management and reporting
- Ensure compliance with internal and external policies
- Sarbanes Oxley controls review and implementation
- Support, motivate and develop the Reporting & Consilidation Team in Brazil
**Qualifications**
- Accountant with post-graduate studies in Taxes, relevant professional experience a Head of a Finance department in Brazil for a multinational company.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of IFRS and local Gap
- Solid knowledge and experience handling tax planning, tax optimization, tax reimbusement requests, SOX controls.
- Experience dealing with banks, insurance companies, internal and external auditors and Tax Authorities.
