Formação: Administração, Marketing ou Design UX.Experiência obrigatória em mapeamento, gestão e prototipação de jornadas e testes de usabilidade.Domínio de ferramentas como Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Miro.Conhecimento em acessibilidade, usabilidade e indicadores de experiência (CSAT, CES, NPS).
Experiência profissional: 2 a 3 anos.Conduzir pesquisas com usuários (entrevistas, testes de usabilidade, surveys) para entender necessidades e comportamentos.Mapear jornadas atuais e ideais, identificando pontos de fricção e oportunidades de melhoria.Criar wireframes, protótipos e fluxos de navegação centrados no usuário.Validar soluções com usuários e stakeholders, ajustando conforme feedbacks.Colaborar com os times de Produto e Tecnologia para implementar melhorias propostas.Acompanhar indicadores de experiência como CSAT, CES e tempo de tarefa.Documentar aprendizados e boas práticas para garantir consistência e evolução contínua.Promover cultura de design centrado no usuário dentro da organização.Utilizar ferramentas de design e colaboração como Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Miro e InVision.Aplicar princípios de acessibilidade e usabilidade em todas as entregas.
