Job OpportunityWe are seeking a proactive, results-driven sales professional to fuel our growth in the facility management and home services industry.You'll play a key role in executing multi-touch outreach campaigns (calls, emails) — driving new partnerships, nurturing relationships, and closing deals with qualified warm leads.The ideal candidate will be a motivated communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys turning conversations into business relationships.Conduct proactive outreach (calls, emails) to potential B2B/B2C partnersManage and nurture a pipeline of partnership prospects from first contact to deal closureQualify warm leads and schedule calls, presentations, demos with decision-makersNegotiate and close partnership agreements aligned with company objectivesMaintain accurate records in CRM; prepare reports on outreach activity, pipeline statusSupport development optimization of scripts, templates, campaign materialsAct as a brand ambassador, ensuring a positive professional partner experienceKey Responsibilities:Execute multi-touch outreach campaigns (calls, emails)Drive new partnerships, nurture relationships, close dealsQualify warm leads schedule calls, presentations, demosNegotiate close partnership agreementsManage maintain accurate records in CRMRequirements:2+ years experience in B2B or B2B2C sales, ideally in home services, facility management, related fieldsProven success in direct sales, partnership management, business developmentStrong communication negotiation relationship-building skillsAbility identify key decision-makers build rapport quickly via calls digital channelsTech-savvy comfortable working with CRM sales automation tools
