Unlock Your Potential as a Back-end DeveloperAvenue Code is driven by innovation and excellence in technology, aiming to transform businesses through our expertise.We believe that long-lasting relationships and collaboration are the keys to delivering outstanding results.Our team of experts combines technical prowess with a welcoming approach to work that fosters growth and success.About the OpportunityOur team is seeking talented back-end developers to join the Cloudflare's Billing Engineering team, responsible for powering internal and external billing services.The team works in a cutting-edge environment built primarily using Golang.You will be part of a collaborative group with additional developers supporting adjacent projects.We promote knowledge sharing, mentorship, and autonomy - you will have the space to take ownership and drive meaningful results.ResponsibilitiesDesign and maintain high-performance back-end microservices using Golang.Develop and integrate RESTful APIs that interface with financial and operational systems.Collaborate with event-driven systems using Kafka.Manage containerized deployments using Kubernetes and Docker.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver new features and maintain operational excellence.Diagnose and resolve production issues across distributed systems.Participate in code reviews and architecture planning sessions.Required Skills and Qualifications5+ years of professional experience in back-end development.Strong hands-on experience with Golang.Experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs and back-end microservices.Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.Proficiency with Kubernetes and Docker.Familiarity with event-driven systems.Nice to Have SkillsExperience integrating with ERP systems.Familiarity with API standards and tools.Knowledge of distributed systems and security best practices.
