Junior Business Development Representative

Com a tecnologia e o nosso time, a vida do RH fica mais simples.Temos a missão de desburocratizar todos os processos obrigatórios de Saúde Ocupacional & Segurança do Trabalho, com muita inovação e gestão.Estamos em busca de uma pessoa Business Development Representative (BDR) Júnior para se juntar ao nosso time.Modalidade remoto Responsabilidades:Prospectar, abordar e qualificar potenciais clientes;Analisar e qualificar os leads recebidos;Direcionar leads qualificados para o time de vendas;Ajudar empresas a tomarem decisões baseadas em dados conforme o ICP (Ideal Customer Profile);Manter um registro atualizado das interações com os clientes em nosso CRM;Acompanhar métricas e indicadores visando a otimização dos processos e geração de melhores resultados.
Requisitos:Experiência prévia em vendas, atendimento ao cliente ou áreas relacionadas;Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita em português;Capacidade de manter um ambiente de trabalho organizado e gerenciar eficientemente tarefas;Capacidade de trabalhar de forma autônoma e em equipe;Foco em metas e resultados;Familiaridade com ferramentas de CRM.
