This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in the HR and operations field.

The position is hybrid in Florianópolis and requires daily communication in English.Your responsibilities include engaging with the business needs of clients, collaborating with colleagues, and contributing to a dynamic HR and operations environment with autonomy and responsibility.ResponsibilitiesProactive and communicative involvement in Hiring and talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes.Thrive in dynamic environments, exercise autonomy, and solve problems.Engage with business needs and sometimes communicate directly with clients.Collaborate within a multicultural team focused on transparency and continuous feedback.Maintain English communication on a daily basis as part of the hybrid role in Florianópolis.QualificationsMust-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written); residency in Florianópolis – SC; interest in head hunting, people operations, and administrative work; strong communication skills; living in Florianópolis – SC.Nice-to-haves: Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks; familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets; experience in fast-paced environments or startups; international experience; undergraduate degree.Soft skills: proactivity, problem-solving mindset, clear and effective communication.Employment detailsAs a Contractor (PJ), compensation: R$2.5K with potential increase to R$5K after 6 months.Work with international clients and standards; growth opportunities to become a leader.Possibility to move between teams; work in English with coworkers.2 weeks of paid leave per year; national holidays; paid parental and marriage leave.Training and development: all expenses paid for training, conferences, and online courses.Remote work; Health Care Plan – Online.LocationHybrid role in Florianópolis, SC, Brazil.ApplicationSubmit your CV in English (include LinkedIn).
