ABOUT THE PROJECT:
Become part of our international team
Work together with political decision-makers and experts to make the opportunities of digitalization available to companies in Germany and Brazil.
MAIN TASKS:
- Supporting the project's communication with the commissioning body, with partners and stakeholders of the project on strategic, conceptual and technical issues
- Supporting the expansion and strengthening of the existing stakeholder network as well as the identification of additional opportunities for collaboration;
- Supporting the creation of analyses and technical reports on digital and economic policy issues;
- Supporting the organisation and facilitation of workshops, video conferences and delegation visits by sensibly engaging all stakeholders required;
- Supporting the administrative and procurement tasks and the integration of the project within the GIZ Brazil country office;
- Conducting independent research of relevant developments in economic, digital and innovation policy in Brazil and Europe/Germany;
- Elaborating content for public relations such as workshop material and homepage articles;
- Other tasks as may be required.
Requisitos desejados: QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND ADDITIONAL COMPETENCE:
- A university degree in political science, economics, social sciences, engineering, law or a similar field;
- First professional experience in/with the private sector and/or the facilitation of multi-stakeholder dialogues, preferably with a focus on economic cooperation between Brazil and Germany;
- Ability to quickly grasp new technical concepts and high affinity to new digital technology trends;
- Strong interpersonal, communication and networking skills as well a high motivation to cooperate with the private sector;
- Strong organizational, reporting, and writing skills;
- Ability to prioritize and deliver assigned tasks diligently under strict deadlines;
- Excellent skills in writing and speaking English and Portuguese (ability to speak and write German will be considered an advantage);
- High proficiency in MS Office, ideally MS Office 365.
