Buscamos Brand Manager - Allergy del rubro de farma, del área de nuestro cliente, empresa líder en consumo masivo, para incorporarse de manera híbrida en Nuñez (CABA).ResponsabilidadesCrecimiento y liderazgo de mercado: mantener o aumentar el Share of Market en la categoría de alergia pediátrica.Cumplir objetivos de Net Sales (NS) y rentabilidad definidos en el plan anual.Ejecución del Plan de Marca: cumplimiento del PI (Plan de Iniciativas) en tiempo y forma.Activación de campañas 360 HCP-driven (adopción global/local).Pipeline de Innovación: lanzamiento exitoso de proyectos de innovación y roll-outs según cronograma.Gestión de negocio y presupuesto: administración eficiente del A&P (Advertising & Promotion).Participación activa en Rolling Forecast y control de desvíos.Engagement con HCPs (trabajadores de la salud): incrementar adopción clínica y recomendación de productos en protocolos de alergia.Ejecución y medición de performance en congresos y eventos.Colaboración global y compliance: participación en reuniones globales y alineación con estrategia internacional.Cumplimiento normativo y regulatorio en todas las iniciativas.RequisitosFormación académica: Profesional graduado/a en carreras de Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Ingeniería, Económicas (excluyente).Se valorará formación en Nutrición (deseable).1 año y medio de experiencia mínima en roles similares, se priorizará la experiencia como Brand Manager, Product Owner o Trade Marketing Manager en la industria farmacéutica (excluyente).Conocimientos en: Excel y PowerPoint avanzado (excluyente).Idioma inglés avanzado (excluyente).Se valorará conocimientos en marketing digital y sistema de salud argentino.Habilidades para el trabajo en equipo, capacidad de síntesis, capacidad analítica, proactividad, orientación a resultados y excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación.Habilidades de gestión del tiempo, autonomía en el trabajo y capacidad de operar con éxito en entornos desafiantes.#J-*****-Ljbffr
