Únete a VEMO y sé parte del futuro de la movilidad limpiaQuiénes somos?En VEMO, somos una empresa de electromovilidad impulsada por su gente y tecnología, que integra todo el ecosistema de movilidad limpia para México y América Latina.Nuestra misión es acelerar la adopción de soluciones de movilidad limpia, mejorando la calidad de vida urbana, preservando el medio ambiente y generando empleo sostenible de alto impacto.Estamos comprometidos con una movilidad responsable, limpia e inteligenteFunciones del cargo¿Qué buscamos?Engineering Manager¿Cuál será tu misión?Como Engineering Manager serás responsable de liderar el diseño, desarrollo y mantenimiento de nuestra aplicación principal en VEMO, trabajando con un equipo de desarrolladores.Deberá tomar decisiones clave sobre la arquitectura, tecnologías y herramientas, asegurar la calidad del código, y promover buenas prácticas para garantizar el éxito y la escalabilidad del proyecto dentro de un entorno de movilidad limpia y sostenible.Tus Principales Responsabilidades SeránLiderar el diseño, desarrollo y mantenimiento de la aplicación principal utilizando React NativeCoordinar el trabajo de un equipo de 6 desarrolladores, asignando tareas y promoviendo buenas prácticasTomar decisiones técnicas clave sobre la arquitectura, tecnologías y herramientas utilizadasAsegurar la calidad del código mediante revisiones de código, pruebas y auditorías técnicasResolver problemas técnicos complejos y proporcionar soporte técnico al equipoAsegurar la implementación y despliegue continuo de la aplicación, optimizando su rendimiento y escalabilidadMantenerse actualizado con las últimas tendencias tecnológicas y sugerir mejoras continuas en el proyectoPromover un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y de mejora continua dentro del equipoRequerimientos del cargoRequisitos mínimos¿Qué skills buscamos en ti?Nivel de estudios mínimos: Licenciatura en Ingeniería de Software, Sistemas Computacionales, Ciencias de la Computación o afines.Más de 6 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software, con un enfoque en aplicaciones móviles.Experiencia sólida en React Native y en el desarrollo de aplicaciones móviles.Experiencia liderando equipos de desarrollo (mínimo 2 años).Experiencia en la toma de decisiones técnicas y diseño de arquitecturas escalables.Conocimiento de prácticas de control de calidad (revisiones de código, pruebas automatizadas).¿Por qué VEMO?En VEMO, nos enorgullece ser una empresa que ofrece igualdad de oportunidades.Valoramos a todos nuestros colaboradores por sus habilidades, experiencias y perspectivas únicas.Fomentamos un ambiente inclusivo donde todos son bienvenidos y pueden aportar su verdadero yo al trabajo.Promovemos una cultura diversa, inclusiva y con igualdad de oportunidades, considerando a todos los candidatos cualificados independientemente de su raza, religión, nacionalidad, género, orientación sexual, discapacidad, edad u otras características protegidas.Súmate a nuestro equipo y crece con nosotros#J-*****-Ljbffr
