OverviewThe Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Engagement Manager (EM) to join our team and lead the delivery of complex cloud solution projects.You will combine technical expertise with strong project leadership to drive successful implementations of AWS-based solutions for our clients.You will bridge business requirements with technical solutions, facilitate technical discussions, and ensure alignment with customer outcomes.You will apply AWS frameworks like Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption Framework while demonstrating technical credibility across diverse stakeholders, distill customer needs into clear technical requirements, decompose complex problems, and make informed trade-off decisions considering performance, scalability, security, and business impact.ResponsibilitiesLeading and managing complex cloud migration and implementation projects for Public Sector (Government)Leveraging comprehensive knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide technical decisions and strategic planningBridging business requirements with technical solutions, facilitating engineering discussions and ensuring alignment with customer business outcomesDistilling customer needs into clear technical requirements and mapping them to business outcomesDecomposing complex technical problems into actionable, deliverable solutionsContributing to technical documentation and defining documentation standardsBasic Qualifications3+ years of experience in cloud computing and technical project managementCustomer facing experience, interfacing with executive stakeholders, and leading delivery for large transformation programs for Public Sector (Government)Demonstrated experience leveraging project management and agile methodologies on enterprise level engagements and the ability to apply them across large, complex projectsBachelor's Degree, related technical field, or equivalent practical experienceAble to communicate effectively in English, within technical and business settingsPreferred QualificationsAWS experience preferredProject Management Professional (PMP) and/or AWS Certified Solutions Architect - AssociateStrong understanding of AWS services, architectures, and best practicesExperience applying AWS frameworks like Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption FrameworkProven ability to establish technical credibility with engineering teams and senior technical decision-makersDemonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple and concurrent projects and/or customersProven ability to build trusted relationships with senior business and technology leaders (up to and including CxO)About The TeamDiverse experiences.AWS values diverse experiences and encourages you to apply even if you do not meet all preferred qualifications.AWS is a global team of experts helping customers realize their business outcomes when using the AWS Cloud.Additional InformationIf you have a disability and need a workplace accommodation or adjustment during the application and hiring process, please visit for more information.Company - Amazon AWS Services Brazil LtdJob ID: A*******#J-*****-Ljbffr
