OverviewRemote Customer Service Representative role at GetInsured.GetInsured is hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our teams.We are committed to building a motivating and positive work environment, despite working remotely.Our vision is to make finding and enrolling in health insurance simple, which is especially important now.As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will deliver an amazing customer experience and help users find and enroll in health insurance.About GetInsuredGetInsured currently has the largest state-based marketplace footprint and provides consumer-friendly interfaces and decision support tools that empower millions to make better health plan decisions.GetInsured builds and operates cloud-based enrollment tools for state-based exchanges, brokers, insurers, and consumers, including eligibility determination, plan selection, and enrollment technology.We also offer agent marketing and call center tools and services.Essential ResponsibilitiesInbound/Outbound CallsDeliver the highest level of customer service experience consistentlyManage customer accounts and provide technical supportApplication Data EntryOnline chat inquiries as assignedInterpret and follow defined procedures and policiesCreative problem-solving skillsFlexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updatesTime and task management (multitasking and task prioritization)Extensive self-study, training, and testing are required; eligibility to proceed through training and certifications is dependent upon passing required examsAdhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channelsQualificationsModerate to Advanced computer skillsHigh level of comfort learning new technologyHigh level of professionalismExcellent verbal and written communication skillsComfortable working from homeSelf-motivated and success-drivenWhat We OfferPaid TrainingFull-Time, Seasonal rolePerformance and attendance-based incentives, in addition to the base payThe convenience of working from homeCollaborative and supportive team environment401K MatchIndividual Coverage HRA (ICHRA)PTOPreferred Experience (not Required)Previous experience in customer support or technical support rolePrevious experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care ActPrevious experience in a Call CenterFamiliarity with CRM systems and practicesSpanish Bilingual, a plusSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionOtherIndustriesTechnology, Information and Internet#J-*****-Ljbffr
