Let's see what it takes.What you will do:Conduct follow-up callsHandle operational conflicts and issues, by investigating and resolving conflicting situationsEngage top performers to identify best practices and replicate successful methods within the communityCoordinate scheduling by matching confirmed photoshoots with available photographers through calls, or emailsManage photographer performance by providing feedback, retraining, and follow-up primarily via callsAddress rule compliance issues, escalating cases when necessaryWhat you need to succeed in this role:Native Spanishand excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal at C1 level) is a mustSolution-oriented mindset withsolid project management skillsExperience within the food tech industryExperience handling data in Google Sheets, including knowledge of filters, formulas, pivot tables is amustAbility to organize tasks, set priorities, and drive execution autonomouslyProactive approach with strong ownership of tasks and responsibilitiesDetail-oriented approachExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPersonal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)Will be a great plus:Experience with HubspotBenefits:Fixed schedule:Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM or 12 PM–8 PM, GMT-3Opportunity to cooperate fullyremotelyInclusive international environmentCompensation in USDRewards for referring friendsBalance between project workload and personal time, but also – internal health policyResponsive leadership interested in your development and long-lasting cooperationGreenhouse conditions for self-developmentA culture built on trust, with no time-tracking requirements*The items listed in this section may vary depending on the terms of your engagement.
