SAP Specialist (MM)HydroExtrusions world-leading aluminum extrusion business with approximately 100 production sites in 40 countries and employing 20,000 people.Through our unique combination of local expertise, global network, and unmatched R&D capabilities, we offer everything from standards profiles, to advanced development and manufacturing for many key industries.Join our dynamic SAP support team as a SAP Senior Specialist MM for S4 Hana, where you will play a key role in optimizing and maintaining our SAP landscape.As a seasoned professional, you'll leverage your expertise in Materials Management to ensure the smooth functioning of SAP systems, troubleshoot issues, resolving tickets promptly, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.ResponsibilitiesProvide expert guidance in SAP MM solutions, focusing on purchasing, inventory/warehouse management, and related integrations;Take ownership of ticket resolution, applying strong problem-solving skills to address issues efficiently;Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Finance, Production Planning, and Logistics) to resolve SAP-related incidents and problems promptly;Perform system analysis, design, and enhancements to meet business requirements across procurement, goods movements, and inventory processes;Conduct regular system audits and data integrity checks to ensure optimal performance while utilizing SAP best practices;Lead initiatives for SAP system upgrades and enhancements, considering dependencies with other modules such as FI/CO, PP, and SD;Develop and maintain documentation for SAP configurations, processes, and procedures;Guide the evaluation, selection, and configuration of procure-to-pay solutions to meet evolving business needs;Support and maintain a clean-core initiative by leveraging SAP standard functionality and best practices;Implement preventive measures within SAP support processes to enhance stability and optimize supply chain operations.ExperienceMinimum 8+ years of relevant experience in a comparable SAP role (ECC 6 / S4 HANA) with hands-on application management;Proven track record of extensive and senior-level experience in SAP, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of Materials Management (MM)—including purchasing, procurement, and inventory management—with a history of delivering high-impact solutions in a senior capacity;Strong candidates will have knowledge and experience with three or more of the following SAP areas: procurement, inventory/warehouse management, production planning, sales operations, logistics, finance, and controlling;Strong continuous-improvement mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to troubleshoot complex SAP MM issues;Experience in a discrete manufacturing and/or automotive environment is preferred.SkillsExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams;Solid understanding of manufacturing business processes related to the business application(s) concerned;Understanding of technical environment of the business application(s) concerned;Excellent English (verbal and written);Knowledge of basic project management and change management procedures within IT.QualificationsIT /Business Degree or Equivalent;SAP & ITIL Certification is preferred.The interview will be held in English.Hydro values diverse skills and perspectives among employees.We encourage all qualified candidates to apply.Qualified applicants will be considered regardless of race, religion, nationality, ethnicity, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, protected veteran status, or disability.We strive to provide equal opportunities for all to contribute and succeed with us.All opportunities are open to people with disabilities (PWD) and rehabilitated by the INSS.#J-*****-Ljbffr
