**Contexte et environnement**
- The activities are performed in a context of the operated activities and several new venture
- Co-operation with Headquarters departments (Pau and Paris) and other affiliates for future SAP evolution;

Job Dimensions:
As Finance staff member, job holder is required to operate in a multi-role mode and to have a wide range of responsibilities, covering procedures and IS projects. As part of the team in charge of SAP UNISOL template and all satellite systems within the Affiliate. Spans across different domains (Commercial, accounting, Cost, Joint Venture, Tax and Budget & Report).

**Activités**

**The employee shall perform his/her activities in compliance with the HSE Management System, aligned with One Maestro **Principles and oriented to safeguard the integrity of people, bearing in mind to preserve the environment and resources by **contributing to improve our energy efficiency and decarbonization of Company’s assets and reputation.**
- Maintain an efficient 1st level support organization in the affiliate and handles contractual relations with 2nd level support and control the lifecycle of the demands;
- Ensure necessary SAP reports are available for users (Business Warehouse or other tools);
- Responsible for all SAP Brazilian specificities and periphery systems related to finance and commercial métiers;
- Controls users access rights procedures and follow up;
- Ensure coherence with access rights and Delegation of Authority procedure / schedules;
- Ensure the updating of SAP work instructions together with Lead Users;
- Ensure that all activities, authorizations and accesses are compliant with SOX and internal control rules;
- Ensure good level of communication on transversal activities such as P2P, integration SAP - Mastersaf and Tax Compliance.

**Accountabilities**:

- To guarantee the performance and optimization of our operations in Brazil;
- To make sure that internal rules, procedures and directives are followed;
- To guarantee that local rules and laws are correctly applied considering all tax complexity environment;
- To provide to Finance the necessary information that reflects the Company’s situation;
- Enhance Lead/Key Users Knowledge Process through trainings;
- Business solution oriented, evaluating new technologies liaising with Methods and Digital;
- Ensure knowledge retention and continuous process improvement, suggesting leaner approach, mainly in transversal matters;
- Assure UNISOL best practices considering Métier’s recommendations adapted to Brazilian constraints;
- SOX minded oriented;
- Bachelor degree in Finance or IST;
- MBA or Specialization in Finance and Oil & Gas Industry if possible;
- Experience with SAP;
- Used to work under pressure and with sharp deadlines;
- Good communication skills;
- Portuguese and English speaker (fluent level);
- Good level of French is desirable;
