Formify is looking for a Backend Developer who connects configurators, pricing logic and CAD automation straight to production. You build the systems that turn web clicks into CNC files. From browser to factory. Now we need you to build what comes next.Role descriptionYou own the backend architecture. You design APIs, link pricing with production logic, and extend CAD tools with code. You make decisions, set direction and write the code yourself.Your work powers the factory. Quotes, orders, CNC files. Fully automated. You bring structure, depth and technical leadership.Your work includes:Building and scaling APIs for configurators, pricing and productionExtending Grasshopper and RhinoCommon with Python and C SharpIntegrating CNC formats like DXF, STEP, G code and BTLAutomating the full flow from quote to machineTalking to engineers, product and non technical stakeholdersRequirements:5 plus years of backend experienceStrong in Python and C#Experience with REST APIs in productionKnowledge of CAD, parametric systems or CPQ workflowsClear communication and ability to guide othersBonus points forGrasshopper and RhinoCommon expertiseExperience in furniture, interior or manufacturing techAffinity with mathematics and production processesConditionsIndependent contract with strong potential for extensionSalary up to €210 daily rate25 paid holiday daysFully remote teamMinimal overhead, no micromanagementCompetitive compensation at senior levelYou must be located within two hours of CETReady to push code straight into machinesSend an email to or send Lars a message at +31.Formify is exclusively partnering with Haystack People for this role.
