Hear from our employees about what our values mean to themAbout The OpportunityHomeward is looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join the team responsible for the design, implementation, and success of our Salesforce ecosphere.
This individual will be responsible for owning support issues on a day-to-day basis, developing runbooks, and contributing to new strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes pride in ownership of their projects, can effectively diagnose issues, develop solutions quickly, and communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesJoin our Salesforce Systems Team and have an immediate impact on the company and the implementation of our Salesforce instanceWork directly with our Product and Engineering Team, members of our Sales & Operations teams, as well as the organization as a whole, to improve the process of buying and selling homesPrioritize and manage incoming development requests from stakeholders, and effectively oversee the ticket queue to ensure timely resolution of Salesforce issues and enhancements.Collaborate on projects ranging from 3rd party integrations to development of new business processes that promote efficiency, scalability, and risk mitigationFocus on bridging the gap between development and end usersContribute to documentation, product scoping, and trainingCollaborate on strategies to manage Salesforce metadata & tabular dataWork side-by-side with our existing Salesforce experts to own Salesforce implementation and architecture planningWork closely with our engineering team to build integrations & develop processes that scale our operations & sales effortsWear both light development and administration hats - as a growing organization, we'll need an administrator who can fill both roles to ensure we plan data structures and configurations for scalingAbout You3+ years of Salesforce administration experience, ideally in a growth businessCredentialsRequired: Salesforce Certified Administrator & Advanced AdministratorPreferred/Nice to Have: Salesforce App Builder, Developer, or other certificationsIncredibly strong ownership of delivering the right solutions at a high qualityStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishDemonstrated ability to effectively manage an inbound stream of requestsProven track record of working cross-functionally with stakeholders to communicate and deliver outcomesExperience developing within a highly customized Salesforce environmentAbility to be flexible, wear many hats, pivot, and enjoy a dynamic environmentSelf-starter mentality with experience devising and testing hypotheses and implementing research plans; someone who can help the business identify the right questions to askExperience with business operations tools such as:GithubGearsetDialpadZapierLeanDataAnd other Salesforce adjacent/integrated toolsAn open and collaborative mentality, Homeward is rapidly scaling its business and working with Salesforce will require analytical rigor, well-designed solutions, & strong collaborationValue-Driven Employee ExperienceTHE GOLDEN RULE.
