Jalasoft is on the lookout for a talented
Digital Marketing Specialist
with a focus on B2B and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to join our vibrant marketing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and executing digital marketing strategies tailored for our B2B clients. Your expertise will be integral in driving lead generation efforts and nurturing relationships with key accounts to maximize conversion and retention.

Main Responsibilities:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies focused on B2B lead generation and ABM initiatives.
Manage and optimize various digital marketing channels, including email, social media, SEO, and paid advertising, to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Conduct market research to identify target audiences and tailor marketing messages that resonate.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and customer needs.
Maintain knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve strategies.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in digital marketing and successful lead generation.
Knowledge of best practices in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and digital advertising.
Extensive experience in the North American market with a solid understanding of its dynamics.
In-depth knowledge of the technology business, including key business KPIs and best practices in B2B lead generation.
Proven track record of effective collaboration with sales and growth business teams.
Excellent verbal and written English and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changes.
Team leadership experience
Proficiency in data analysis tools.
Strong background in technology consulting and extensive knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is highly desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with content marketing and creating engaging digital content.
Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and reporting software.
Knowledge of current trends in digital marketing, particularly in the tech industry.
Remote work.
