POSITION SUMMARYThe Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling diagnostic imaging solutions and equipment from Neusoft Medical Systems in Brazil, including direct customer service and management of distribution channels. This role focuses on strategic prospecting of new business opportunities, relationship management with current and potential clients, and rigorous oversight of the sales process, reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager.Representante Comercial será o principal responsável por promover e comercializar toda a linha de soluções em diagnóstico por imagem da Neusoft Medical Systems no Brasil — incluindo Tomografia Computadorizada, Ressonância Magnética, Hemodinâmica e outras tecnologias — tanto em canais diretos quanto indiretos, atuando com foco em prospecção estratégica de novos negócios, desenvolvimento e manutenção de relacionamentos com clientes atuais e potenciais, além do rigoroso acompanhamento de todo o ciclo comercial, reportando-se diretamente ao Gerente Regional de Vendas.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESProspect and develop commercial opportunities with both public and private customers, presenting Neusoft's complete solutions (products, services, and after-sales support).Prepare and execute action plans and specific strategies tailored for each client or sales region.Consistently follow up on generated leads and proactively prospect new customers with targeted actions.Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, contracts, and required documentation to close sales.Continuously develop and maintain technical knowledge about products, solutions, and market trends.Maintain solid and consistent relationships with existing and potential customers, acting as the central point of contact.Coordinate and monitor the performance of indirect sales channels, ensuring service quality and achievement of sales targets.Conduct regular follow-ups on commercial processes, deliveries, and payments, aiming for excellence in customer service and satisfaction.Actively participate in trade fairs, conferences, and events related to the medical and hospital sector.Regularly submit reports on commercial activities, achieved results, goals reached, and market insights to regional and global management.Prospectar e desenvolver oportunidades comerciais junto a clientes públicos e privados, apresentando as soluções completas dos produtos Neusoft Medical Systems.Elaborar e executar planos de ação e estratégias específicas para cada cliente ou região de atuação.Realizar o acompanhamento frequente de leads gerados e prospectar novos clientes com ações direcionadas e assertivas.Preparar e apresentar propostas técnicas e comerciais e documentação necessária ao fechamento de vendas.Desenvolver e manter atualizado o conhecimento técnico dos produtos, soluções e tendências de mercado.Manter relacionamento sólido e constante com os clientes existentes e potenciais, atuando como ponto central de contato.Realizar follow-ups constantes sobre processos comerciais, entregas e pagamentos, visando excelência no atendimento e satisfação do cliente.Participar ativamente de feiras, congressos e eventos relacionados do setor.Reportar regularmente relatórios sobre atividades comerciais, incluindo utilizando de plataforma CRM, relatando resultados obtidos, metas atingidas e insights do mercado etc. à gerência regional.ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, Health Technology, or related fields.Minimum of 3 years of proven technical sales experience in diagnostic imaging or medical equipment (preferably with companies such as GE, Siemens, Philips, or Toshiba).Mastery of negotiation techniques, presentation skills, and complex sales closures.Intermediate English (technical reading and writing proficiency).Availability for frequent travel, including overnight stays.Valid driver's license (category B).Ensino superior completo em Administração, Engenharia, Biomedicina, Tecnologia em Saúde ou áreas relacionadas.Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência comprovada em vendas técnicas na área de diagnóstico por imagem ou equipamentos médicos hospitalares (preferencialmente em empresas do segmento de diagnóstico por Imagem).Domínio de técnicas de negociação, apresentação e fechamento de vendas complexas.Inglês intermediário (leitura e escrita técnica).Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes, inclusive com pernoite.Carteira de habilitação válida (categoria B).KEY COMPETENCIESExcellent interpersonal skills, clear and
