employees alike to thrive and contribute to the success of Novonesis on a regional scale.In This Role You'll Make An Impact ByActing as a strategic business partner and serving as the first point of contact for selected leaders, participating as a member of their leadership teams meetings.Representing People & Organization (P&O) by challenging assumptions, providing guidance, and coaching on P&O-related matters, including core people processes and ensuring the successful application of global people concepts.Partnering with business leaders to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent in alignment with business needs, collaborating closely with Regional Talent Acquisition Partners.Support leaders in developing their organization and leadership teams (facilitating sessions with selected leadership teams and otherwise guide to Learning, Leadership and Culture Partner).Facilitate a solid talent pipeline process to nurture successor candidates.Support leaders with organizational design, implementation plan and change facilitation.Lead P&O initiatives related to organizational change and cultural transformation.Delivering clear and concise communication and guidance to ensure efficient and aligned approaches across Novonesis.To Succeed You Must HoldGraduation in HR, psychology, Business administration or related areas.Great communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese.Proven experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or similar role, with a track record of delivering strategic HR support.Strong ability to build trust and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders across various levels of the organization.A global perspective with the ability to navigate cultural differences and adapt to changing business needs.Analytical skills leveraging P&O data, metrics, and insights to make informed decisions.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and
