Role Overview
We're looking for aTier 3 IT Support Engineerwho lives and breathes Microsoft technologies.
This role goes beyond ticket resolution—you'll own themost complex Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure challenges, lead escalations, and implement long-term improvements in security, compliance, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities
Act as thefinal escalation tierfor advanced issues across Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure AD.
Troubleshoot and resolve challenges incloud infrastructure, identity management, endpoint security, and device compliance.
Manage and optimizeMicrosoft Intune(endpoint management, application deployment, compliance, conditional access).
Administer and secureMicrosoft 365 environments(Exchange Online migrations, lifecycle management, DLP policies, distribution groups).
Configure and maintainAzure Active Directory(MFA, conditional access, identity protection, security baselines).
Implement enterprise-gradedata loss prevention (DLP)and security controls.
Collaborate with engineering & security teams oncross-platform issues.
Leadautomation, policy rollout, and security hardeninginitiatives using PowerShell or other scripting tools.
Produce Tier 3-leveldocumentation, SOPs, and escalation playbooks.
Mentor and coach Tier 1/Tier 2 engineers to elevate overall team capability.
Must-Have Qualifications
? Fluent/Native English (spoken and written, C2 level).
? Strong hands-on expertise inMicrosoft Intune(endpoint, compliance, security).
? Deep experience withMicrosoft 365 administration, Azure AD, and DLP solutions.
? Skilled incloud networking, conditional access, and endpoint management.
? Proven ability to write/debug automation scripts (PowerShell preferred).
?7+ years in IT supportwith at least3+ years at Tier 3/senior levelfocusing on Microsoft cloud technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft certifications (Endpoint Administrator, Azure Administrator, Security+, or similar).
Proven track record leading escalations, projects, or technical rollouts.
Experience with enterprise-scale migrations and hybrid Microsoft environments.
Mentorship experience training Tier 1/Tier 2 engineers.
