Director, Business Value ConsultingWe are a company built on the foundation of challenging and disrupting the way things are done in cybersecurity.We're looking for innovators who are as committed to shaping the future of cybersecurity as we are.This role is remote but distance is no barrier to impact.Our hybrid teams collaborate across geographies to solve big problems, stay close to our customers, and grow together.You will be part of a culture that values trust, accountability, and shared success where your work truly matters.About This RoleWe seek an accomplished Business Value Consultant with extensive experience in building business cases and driving value-based decision-making.As a key member of our team, you will lead cross-functional teams and develop strategic initiatives that drive business growth and profitability.Key ResponsibilitiesBrief stakeholders on the importance of cybersecurity investment and provide expert guidance on value-based selling strategies.Develop compelling business cases and ROI models to support sales efforts and influence executive decisions.Elevate the value function by developing industry-specific value-selling tools and programs that drive business outcomes.Capture and document best practices and thought leadership insights to inform future strategy.Contribute to the development of sales training initiatives and content that empowers sales teams to drive value-based conversations.RequirementsAt least 12 years of experience in business transformation or consulting, preferably with top-tier firms or technology companies.Proven expertise in financial analysis, ROI modeling, and business case development.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of influencing C-suite leaders.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to diverse industries and project requirements.MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.Fluent English language proficiency required; additional languages highly desirable.The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.If you are a seasoned professional with a passion for driving business growth through value-based decision-making, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
