About the RoleWe are seeking a talented Strategic Business Opportunity Developer to join our team.As a Strategic Business Opportunity Developer, you will play a critical role in contributing to our company's growth and expansion by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential acquisition or partnership opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Outbound Outreach: Conduct high-volume outreach via phone calls, email, and LinkedIn to establish and maintain direct communication with business owners and key decision-makers.Lead Qualification: Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities by gathering information during calls and assessing alignment with company criteria.Relationship Building: Develop and maintain professional relationships with business owners, fostering trust and interest in potential strategic opportunities.Data Management: Maintain and update our CRM and databases to ensure accurate, real-time records of outreach efforts and contact details.Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and acquisitions teams to develop personalized outreach strategies, messaging, and follow-up campaigns.Reporting: Track and report on outreach activity, engagement metrics, and pipeline development to measure performance and optimize calling strategies.Required Skills and QualificationsStrong Communication Skills: Comfortable and confident speaking on the phone, clear and persuasive verbal and written communication abilities.Professional Presence: Friendly, confident, and capable of building rapport quickly with business owners, able to maintain a polished, professional tone in all interactions.Self-Motivated & Organized: Proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to meet outreach and conversion goals, strong organizational skills for managing and prioritizing a large contact list.Tech Proficiency: Familiar with tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and CRM systems, comfortable using phone systems, LinkedIn, and professional messaging platforms.Analytical Mindset: Interested in understanding business models, valuation drivers, and deal flow processes.Continuous Learner: Open to feedback and eager to refine outreach and relationship management skills.BenefitsThis is a performance-based, full-time remote position.Compensation includes a base pay plus a success fee tied to individual and company performance, based on key performance indicators (KPIs) established during onboarding.
