We invite an experienced, organized, and flexible Travel Specialist to join Dev.Pro, enhancing the overall expertise of our Travel & Hospitality department.
Our team oversees logistics and travel services for our global internal teams and clients.

1.5+ years of experience as a Travel Specialist/AgentProficiency in travel management, including organizing trips from scratchExperience in handling visa applicationsUpper-Intermediate English levelWillingness to occasionally work flexible hoursAttention to detail, accuracy, and accountabilityExcellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to thrive under pressure and meet strict deadlinesProficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office appsEagerness to learn and deliver top-tier services to clients and teamsSolid customer service skills with a collaborative mindsetDesirableExperience in IT or a related position within the Travel/Aviation industryExperience in international travel and working within English-speaking environmentsExperience in handling visa applicationsKey responsibilities and your contributionYou'll help ensure seamless travel experiences for Dev.Pro contractors, top management, and clients by handling various travel-related tasks, including visa applications, trip budget management, and policy updates.Provide recommendations on flight routes, fares, bookings, and travel servicesManage trip budgets, oversee travel expense processes, and generate reportsAdvise contractors on travel documents, insurance, and regulationsCooperate with the financial team to monitor and reconcile travel expensesVerify rates for best fares, corporate discounts, and preferred ratesConduct research on accommodation, flights, and additional travel servicesImplement the latest booking tools and contribute to internal process improvementAssist with visa applications for contractors and clients (US, UK, Brazil, ESTA, etc.)What\'s working at Dev.Pro likeDev.Pro is a global company that\'s been building great software since 2011.
