Job Title:IT Technical RecruiterJob Description:We are seeking a skilled IT Technical Recruiter to join our world-class recruiting team in Latin America.Our focus is on sourcing, screening, and placing top technical talent for US-based companies.You will be responsible for recruiting Latam-based candidates and supporting US-based recruiting efforts.Required Skills and Qualifications:3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in an agency setting or a high-growth tech environment.Proven experience recruiting for diverse information technology roles.Understanding of technology trends and passion for working with technical professionals.Strong ability to multi-task, manage multiple roles, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service focus.Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and modern ATS systems.Benefits:You will have the opportunity to build strong pipelines of both Latam and US-based technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies.Our recruiting team builds the foundation of client success by connecting them with extraordinary talent who share our vision and values.Others:Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.Evaluate applicants by comparing qualifications to job requirements and conducting initial screening interviews.Post job advertisements across relevant platforms like LinkedIn, Dice, CareerBuilder, and niche tech sites.Partner closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and deliver top candidates quickly.Maintain data accuracy in the ATS and track recruiting metrics for reporting and continuous improvement.Develop scalable recruiting processes to support growth of our recruiting operations in Latam and the US.
