Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and skilled recruitment professional to join our team as a Junior Recruiter.In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and assessing candidate qualifications.Main Responsibilities:Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidatesConduct interviews (phone & in-person)Assess and qualify candidates based on interviews and resumesBe the main point of contact for candidates throughout the processMeet weekly goals related to calls and emailsRequirements:Advanced English language skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organization and attention to detailHigh energy, passion, and a drive to exceed targetsExperience with Microsoft Office toolsWhat We Offer:Bragança Paulista location with a hybrid work arrangement after the first 3 months20 business days of vacation per yearAbout the Role:This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow fast in international recruitment and work with world-class clients
