Papel:
QA Lead
Estamos em busca de um(a) QA Lead para atuar em um projeto estratégico no setor bancário, com foco em liderança técnica, automação de testes e excelência em qualidade de software.
?? Atuação:
Home Office, com disponibilidade para reuniões presenciais em São Paulo
?? Área:
Qualidade de Software / Engenharia de Testes
Formação Acadêmica:
- Graduação completa em Informática, Engenharia de Software ou áreas correlatas.
- Certificações desejáveis:
ISTQB Advanced Level, CSTE ou similares.
Conhecimentos Técnicos Obrigatórios:
Forte experiência em automação de testes (frontend, backend e mobile).
- Domínio de frameworks como Cypress, Selenium, Appium, RobotFramework.
- Experiência com CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, TestRail, JIRA.
- Atuação com modelo Shift Left e definição de KPIs de qualidade.
- Escrita de cenários em Gherkin e gestão de defeitos.
- Liderança técnica com atuação prática ("mão na massa").
Experiência Profissional:
- Mínimo de 7 anos em QA, sendo pelo menos 3 em posição de liderança técnica.
- Vivência em ambientes financeiros ou bancários.
Competências Comportamentais:
- Liderança, proatividade e comunicação eficaz.
- Resolução de problemas, foco em resultados e atenção aos detalhes.
- Autogestão e capacidade de tomada de decisão.
Diferenciais:
- Participação ativa em comunidades de QA.
- Contribuições em projetos com uso de Inteligência Artificial em testes.
