environments, server environments, or computer technologiesOR equivalent experience that may substitute for a degree.Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) Certification.4+ years as a motivating communicator, able to helpcustomers turn abstract concepts into realitythrough consultative teaching capabilities.FluencyinEnglish with 4+ years of experiencefacilitatingtrainingandsupport of Learner audiences.Business fluency in English with 4+ years of experiencecollaborating on internal business projects.2+ years of experience with course qualifications and delivery experience inMicrosoft titlesfocused on M365 Copilot and agents.2+ years of experience demonstrating ability to support the development of engaging video content.2+ years of experience in social media influence and advocacy in technical context and ability tocontribute to strategic social media initiatives that connect with target audiences across modern digital platforms.Additional or preferred qualificationsYou will language such as Portuguese,Spanish or French.ResponsibilitiesCollaboration and EngagementShares relevant content to Learning teams and stakeholders to drive direction of a training area.Provides up-to-date knowledge about the content area to content development peers and other cross-functional teams.Collaborates with curriculum managers to understand the content and ensure the full curriculum is being delivered by trainers.Connects operations needs to learning programs and interventions and ensures compliance with necessary trainings.Identifies new training opportunities as necessary.Skilling DeliveryDelivers one of several single to multi-day skilling offerings or other learning experiences either in person or virtually to target audience with no supervision.May focus on training courses that are more specialized or niche.Drives learning delivery through leveraging multiple modes (e.g., presentations, discussions, labs, simulations) to cover appropriate information.Embraces digitally enhanced instructor led capabilities to effectively deliver technology-based learning experiences.Engages with learners to ensure content and concepts are being understood and are aligned with learner goals (e.g., internal and external learner partnership).Incorporates and builds on classroom management techniques (e.g., flexible learning skills, behavioral reinforcement, time management) to reinforce learning, attendance, and engagement.Asks for questions and supports an environment where questions can arise.Monitors the progress of learners on major topic areas and assesses knowledge gaps to appropriately reinforce important learnings.Facilitates hands on lab activities to further build upon learning.Skilling PreparationSupports the preparation feedback).Studies and prioritizes skill-based offerings, fundamentals and/or role-based certifications, or other learning experiences as appropriate independently.Builds a portfolio of multiple fundamentals and/or advanced role based classes or other skilling offerings as appropriate to teach or lead.Seeks out additional resources to solidify understanding of skilling offering.Shares new learning experience areas by leveraging strong working technical knowledge.Seeks out up to date information from key internal stakeholders, including new developments in the topic area, adjustments to previous content, and future improvements with the technology or processes.Incorporates any changes into course content in partnership with relevant stakeholders.Ensures content engineering team has up-to-date product updates and alignment with trainers.Leverages latest features, technologies, and processes and incorporates into appropriate learning experiences to ensure quality learning
