Real-World Evidence Analyst I

The HERO Analyst is responsible for developing and implementing strategic/market access, HTA, HEOR and RWE projects to public and private healthcare systems.
The Analyst will be responsible for the following:
**Health economic modeling**
Gather data for simple health economic models and provide significant input to their further development
Review literature to source the required inputs
Produce support materials for completed economic models, e.g. reports and training programs
Support research and support reports for projects delivering strategic advice to clients on research agendas, value proposition and market access outcomes research/health services research
Elaborate the strategic approach for future launchings under the HTA, HEOR and market access perspectives
**Literature and data review**
Draft abstracts, posters and manuscripts for publication based on economic models, literature reviews, meta-analyses and other HEOR work
Development of access marketing tools, such as presentations, epidemiological calculators, simulations of treatment costs etc.,
Development local health technology assessment (HTA) projects, development of full dossiers (which comprises clinical/technical appraisal, systematic review of the literature, economic modelling and analyses, budget impact analyzes), for private (ANS) and public (CONITEC) healthcare systems in Brazil;
Organization of HTA/HEOR advisory boards and speaker trainings;
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
Carry out a complete evaluation of health technologies to present them to private and public agencies in Brazil and other countries.
Generation of evidence based on the literature according to established quality standards.
Design and build health economics models (cost-effectiveness or budget impact)
Evaluation of analytical decision models, taking into account epidemiological data from the local and Latin American context according to the available literature, identify database sources of world reality, compilation and programming of economic or cost data and presentation of the comprehensive analysis of the information.
Medical writing of final deliverables that summarize clinical and economic value: communicate research results to different groups through written and handwritten reports, presentations at conferences and other forums, and at workshops and other meetings.
Conduct training on HEOR topics for different stakeholders, including medical teams, commercial teams, and different clients.

This position offers a Hybrid & Onsite working environment.
Meaning you will split working time between a Cerner office or client site and remote.

**Qualifications**:
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Excellent command of English
University degree in a health-related field (preferably pharmacy)
Excellent quantitative / qualitative method skills and analytical skills
Comprehensive knowledge of theories, concepts, methods and practices used in the design and execution of scientific projects and research studies.
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), as well as bibliographic software
Advanced language in written and spoken English.
**DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:
Experience in literature search and review research and secondary data analysis
Proven experience in medical writing, both in English and Portuguese
Command of Spanish
Demonstrated experience in health technology assessments
Knowledge of programming, for example.
