About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Associate Director to lead our Evidence Strategy team. As a key member of our Real World Solutions group, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through effective delivery strategies.

Job Overview

This position requires a strong therapeutic and operational expertise throughout the new business and program/project delivery lifecycle. You will be responsible for developing and implementing tailored delivery strategies for large, complex studies or programs, ensuring our clients' needs are met and setting us apart from competitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective delivery strategies for large-scale studies and programs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to secure new business and meet revenue targets.
  • Champion project centricity by ensuring project teams understand and implement sold strategies.
  • Assess and adjust strategies based on project progress and trends.
  • Support long-term growth through collaboration with Centers of Excellence and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in life sciences; advanced degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of global clinical research experience, including operational delivery or drug development.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of clinical trial methodology and real-world research.
  • Broad therapeutic and protocol knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of biopharma industry, drug development lifecycle, and regulatory standards.
  • Excellent decision-making skills, stakeholder communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking.
