Business Operations Coordinator As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations and supporting the growth of our organization.Your attention to detail and organizational skills will enable you to efficiently manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Key responsibilities include: Team Support: coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining sales records CRM & Data Management: guaranteeing accurate and up-to-date client records Cross-Department Coordination: facilitating smooth communication and workflow with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams Audits & Compliance: conducting daily audits to maintain adherence to processes and data integrity Client Interaction: responding professionally to client inquiries and escalating when necessary Reporting & KPIs: tracking key metrics, generating reports, and providing insights Presentation & Proposal Support: assisting in the creation of sales materials for client meetings Administrative Assistance: providing ad-hoc support for operational efficiencyRequirements include: Fluent English (written & spoken) with strong communication skills Extreme attention to detail – accuracy in SOP's, reporting, and documentation Strong organizational skills – able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Adaptability & flexibility – comfortable in a growing, evolving organization Experience in sales administration or operations support (preferred) Ideal if you have experience with Notion, Hubspot, Zapier or similar tools Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment A problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvementBenefits include: Monthly Salary: $****–$**** USD 36 PTOs per year 100% Remote Work – Work from anywhere Professional Development & Growth OpportunitiesOur organization offers a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and collaboration.If you are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
