In this role, you will develop and utilize a comprehensive understanding of non-US benefits administration (with a focus on Brazil), provide excellent service as a point of contact across the company, troubleshoot diverse challenges, and assist with day-to-day benefit plan operations.
By doing so, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and wellness of our global team.In this role, you willBe the first point of contact, addressing and escalating day to day benefit inquiries from Epic's employees in BrazilPerform new hire benefits orientation meetings and coordinate benefits enrollment (new hires, terminations, etc.)Coordinate with, support and partner with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient benefit plan administration (health and dental insurance, pension, transportation and meal vouchers, etc.)Communications, billing and invoicing supportOngoing assistance with required medical exams (admission, dismissal, and periodic examsMaintain digital storage of plan documents and employee resource while maintaining HIPAA/GDPR/LGPD complianceLanguage proficiency in both Portuguese and EnglishWhat we're looking forExcellent interpersonal skills.
