About the Role
As part of Customer Service Operations department in System Brazil, you will play a key role in the maintenance and commissioning on Digital machineries for the ceramic industryandestablish yourself as a trusted point of reference for our customers in Brazil and closest areas.
Main Responsibilities Carry out the installation, commissioning phase, and testing of the machine
Address and resolve complex technical issues faced by clients, ensuring timely and satisfactory solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, diagnose, and solve technical problems
Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and customer experience
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth within the team About You
You have an experience and knowledge in automation machinery with a mechatronic background.
What You Need to Be Successful Portuguese and English fluency.
(a third language is considered a plus)
Mechatronic Diploma
At least 2-5 years of experience in technical assistance field with a focus on Digital machineries for the ceramic industry
Ability to travel (domestic and abroad travels); occasional trips to HQ in Italy for technical training
Excellent problem-solving skills to tackle complex technical issues and identify effective solutions
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
Ability to adapt on dynamic context.
Ability on working with objectives.
