(Foundation Platform) Site Reliability Engineer I

Responsabilidades
Atuar em uma operação 24/7, garantindo a continuidade dos serviços e a estabilidade do ambiente.
Administrar e monitorar a infraestrutura, gerir incidentes e problemas que impactam a companhia.
Acompanhar mudanças planejadas, receber e tratar alertas em tempo real, assegurando respostas rápidas para manter a performance e a disponibilidade dos sistemas.
Qualificações
Conhecimento em cloud computing, Kubernetes e soluções de automação e integração de sistemas;
Familiaridade com ferramentas de monitoramento e observabilidade (APMs), como Datadog, Splunk, entre outras;
Perfil estudioso, analítico e curioso, com vontade de aprender constantemente e se aprofundar em novas tecnologias;
Boa comunicação para interagir com especialistas técnicos de diferentes áreas e traduzir necessidades em soluções operacionais.
Modelo de Trabalho
100% remoto;
Horário: 13h às 22h;
Escala: 5x2 (podendo ser escalado aos finais de semana).
