As a Study Support Assitant you will be joining the world's largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.
We are currently seeking a Study Support Assistant to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Study Support Assistant at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in providing administrative and operational support for clinical trials, contributing to the advancement of inNvative treatments and therapies.
What you will be doing
Assisting with the preparation and distribution of study documents, including protocols, informed consent forms, and regulatory submissions.
Coordinating study-related meetings and maintaining meeting minutes and action items.
M anaging study-related correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
Supporting study teams in the maintenance of study files and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company procedures.
Assisting with the tracking and management of study-related materials and supplies.
Bachelor's degree in health, life sciences or related areas.
Previous administrative or clerical experience clinical research
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Fluent in local Language and Good level of English.
Based in São José do Rio Preto/SP region.
