Missão do cargo: Responsável por impulsionar o crescimento da Maglog através da identificação e qualificação de novas oportunidades de negócio.
Este profissional atuará na linha de frente da prospecção outbound, desenvolvendo estratégias de mailing e abordagens iniciais para engajar potenciais clientes e agendar reuniões qualificadas para a equipe de vendas.Descrição do cargo:Requisitos mínimos:- Superior Completo Administração, Gestão Comercial, Logística ou Marketing Requisitos desejáveis:- Pós-Graduação Gestão Empresarial / Gestão Financeira / Logistica Conhecimentos e habilidades:- Resiliência: Capacidade de lidar com problemas, adaptar-se a mudanças, superar obstáculos e problemas, e reagir positivamente a eles, sem entrar em conflito psicológico ou emocional.
- Habilidade de relacionamento:Cliente: procurar entender o que o cliente espera, deixar ele à vontade para se colocar e guiá-lo da melhor forma durante o processo.Interno: saber se posicionar e buscar os melhores caminhos para a empresa.
- Visão Sistêmica: Ter a visão do todo e não apenas de um setor, entendendo o impacto de suas atividades no resultado geral da empresa.
- Foco no resultado: Ter disposição e interesse em alcançar metas e objetivos definidos pela empresa,otimizando tempo e recursos.
Fazer acontecer
Responsabilidades básicas:- Prospectar de leads de forma ativa.
- Desenvolver mailings de qualidade.
- Organizar CRM com informações de contato.
- Direcionar leads qualificados para a Coordenadora Comercial.
Funções: - Desenvolver e gerenciar listas de prospecção (mailings) de alta qualidade, utilizando diversas fontes e ferramentas de pesquisa.
- Realizar prospecção ativa (outbound) por telefone, e-mail, LinkedIn e outras plataformas, com o objetivo de identificar decisores e despertar o interesse nas soluções da Maglog.
- Qualificar leads de acordo com critérios pré-definidos, garantindo que as oportunidades encaminhadas para a equipe de vendas sejam relevantes e tenham alto potencial de conversão.
- Agendar reuniões e demonstrações para os Executivos de Vendas, fornecendo informações detalhadas sobre o lead e suas necessidades.
- Manter o CRM atualizado com todas as interações e informações relevantes dos leads.
- Elaborar cotações comerciais de transporte para clientes que já possuírem tabela desenvolvida.
- Gerenciar o ciclo de vida dos contratos, incluindo controle de vencimentos, renovações e aditivos.
