Project DirectorTake charge of leading projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless delivery and exceeding client expectations.As a strategic partner, you will shape outcomes and unlock the full value of our platform.Key Responsibilities:Lead implementation projects through discovery, design, testing, training, and go-live phases.Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, fostering trust and managing expectations for flawless delivery.Coordinate cross-functional teams comprising analysts, consultants, solution architects, developers, and client stakeholders to meet milestones and deliverables on time.Develop project plans, schedules, and scope while proactively managing risks, issues, and dependencies.Facilitate workshops and design sessions to ensure clear communication and stakeholder engagement at every stage.Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize delivery, enhance processes, and maximize client value.Monitor progress and provide regular updates to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.Support and coach project team members to ensure alignment with goals and high-quality results.Requirements:Experience as a Project Manager in SaaS or technology-driven environments.Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.Strong business acumen in project planning and management.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to manage complex projects effectively.Exceptional communication skills, comfortable interacting with executives and technical teams.Ability to manage multiple priorities with a focus on quality and client success.Fluency in English, Spanish, and French.
