Job Title: Talent Management ProfessionalAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced talent management professional to join our global HR team.In this role, you will be responsible for managing core people operations activities and supporting employees across multiple regions.Key Responsibilities:Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employment changes.Global Support: Provide global support to employees and stakeholders ensuring consistent people operations across regions.Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and reporting in HR systems.Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and global HR peers to deliver guidance and promote best practices.Confidentiality: Handle confidential employee data with discretion and accuracy.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes and enhance communication.Requirements:Experience: 3-5 years of experience in HR/People Operations, ideally in a tech or fast-paced organization.Skills: Strong working knowledge of HR processes and compliance frameworks globally.Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across cultures and time zones.Problem-Solving: Proven problem-solving mindset with flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment.
