• Lead and coordinate large‑scale, cross‑brand Product development projects from concept to market launch
• Align stakeholders across TRATON brands and functions on objectives, priorities, and delivery plans
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies in complex project landscapes
• Facilitate decision‑making and escalate topics when required, including at senior management and Executive Board level
• Coach and support project teams to create a collaborative, high‑performance working environment Who You Are
• You are an experienced and trusted project manager with the ability to navigate complex, international organizations.
• With experience in project management and product development, you know how to turn complexity into clarity and drive meaningful results.
• You apply a coaching‑oriented leadership style and communicate effectively with both senior executives and operational teams.
• What sets you apart is your balance of structure and empathy, providing stability in high‑pressure situations while keeping focus on the bigger picture and key details.
• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Mechatronics) or equivalent experience.
