FX Client Services Analyst

As a FX Client Services Analyst, you will be interacting directly with our clients and also with different Teams at the Company such as FX Desk Team, Commercial Banking Team, Reconciliation Team, Settlement Team and others. A remarkable diligence over the procedures in the Fx Client Services Team and good communication skills are essential to achieve high levels of quality in a very challenging environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Analyze and the Client’s documentation to execute import, export, financial sell and buy deals – (Determine the FX code, the taxes if applicable and register the FX deal into the Brazilian Central Bank) Provide support to the Client by e-mail and over the phone; Knowledge about the register and procedures related to CDE Account – Non Resident Account in BRL Daily interaction with the Traders and the whole the FX team (Settlement, Ofac and Support team); Knowledge about ROF – Registration and amendments on Central Bank System To manage the Fx Client Services team shared e-mail box.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Internal and external client service orientation. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and changing environment with demanding timelines and deadlines.  Team player, with experience working in matrix organizations. Solid communication skills (written and verbal). Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Attention to detail. Advanced in English (oral and written).
