Position: Sales Manager Latam

Main Responsibilities:
 
  • Ensure the achievement of the sales objectives shared by the Sales Management;
  • Coordinate the sales network;
  • Consolidate existing commercial relationships and develop new partnerships;
  • Seek new customer contacts/opportunities, and reach the annual sales target
  • Build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with customers;
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profit;
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions based on customer needs and objectives.
Ideal Profile:
  • Previous commercial experience gained in the field of 3-5 years in similar roles (Manufacturing, Private Education & Healthcare);
  • He knows the area well and is used to managing relationships with interlocutors in the sector;
  • Advanced english/fluent
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Natural leadership characterized by empathy and a practical approach;
  • Highly motivated and target oriented
  • Organizational and management skills.
  •  
Remuneration and benefits:
  • Salary: CLT 20K a 22K to be commensurate with experience, company benefits will be assigned (car, smartphone, food voucher, bonus, reimbursement )
