This role is responsible for providing Sales Engineering support to grow business. As a member of the CALA Sales Engineering team you will work closely with Sales engineering team as well as partners, Sales, Marketing and Operations to execute account-specific strategies based on account-specific business and solution focus areas.

Typical Duties, Responsibilities and Profile

Candidates have to be studying Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology and will be supporting the Sales Engineering and Sales teams in Brazil. Good communication, easy interaction, and open for learning a lot Have interest on Software (programming languages) and Data communications, IP technology is a must Graduation planned for Dec/2026. (2 years of internship) Able to develop 30 to 32 hours of internship per week

Candidate Profile

Proven interpersonal skills through alignment of cross-functional and multi-divisional activities in a highly collaborative, team-oriented, and fast-paced environment Strong organizational, administrative and planning skills. Fluent in Portuguese, and English. Spanish is also desired. Ability and confidence to work in a virtual team, in a sales-oriented environment Track record with experience in using social, online, and traditional social principles and techniques Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized and motivated Technology savvy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite Confident self-starter

Education & Experience

Graduation planned for Dec/2026 (2 years of internship) Previous internship experience is a plus. Understanding of telecommunications including optical, 5G and IP networks is highly desirable. Ability to analyze data and provide insights Excellent writing & oral communication skills
