Breve Introdução e Sobre o Trabalho

Nosso time de Customer Service está em busca de um(a) Estagiário(a) para atuar em São Paulo, de forma híbrida, e suas principais atividades estarão relacionadas ao atendimento da nossa carteira de clientes do portifólio de lácteos, a nível Brasil:

- Suporte nos processos de rotina para clientes da carteira do Back Office;

- Auxílio nas demandas de agendamento;

- Auxílio nas atividades de gestão de carteira;

- Gestão de indicadores da área através de planilhas e atualizações de dados e informações;

- Construção de relatórios para compartilhamento com o time;

- Busca e envio de informações entre a equipe e os principais stakeholders na companhia;

- Participação em reuniões com clientes e interface direta com o time comercial.

Sobre você

- Formação nas áreas de Administração, Engenharias, Tecnologia da informação e/ou cursos correlatos, tendo a conclusão prevista entre 12/2025 até 07/2026;

- Conhecimento básico ou intermediário em Pacote office, principalmente Excel;

- Conhecimento em Power BI e Gestão de estoque/ cadeia de suprimentos serão considerados um diferencial.
