Objetivo da Posição:

Liderar a equipe de gerenciamento de projetos (PMO) na área de responsabilidade. Apoiar os gerentes de projeto na definição, implementação e aplicação de políticas de gerenciamento de projetos e instruções de trabalho.

Principais Responsabilidades:

1. Contribui para a implementação de melhoria contínua voltada à estratégia de execução dos projetos para a operação local, em alinhamento com as estratégias de negócios da BU e LPG.

2. Garante que o portfólio de projetos seja gerenciado e executado de forma consistente, com base em melhores práticas e políticas da Hitachi Energy.

3. Gerir as equipes designadas e assegurar que as diretrizes, instruções, politicas e procedimentos sejam seguidas consistentemente.

4. Gerir o desenvolvimento e busca de melhoria contínua nos processos com base nas melhores práticas de mercado, inovações e nas lições aprendidas em outros projetos, garantindo que sejam incorporadas em processos futuros.

5. Contribuir na fase de preparação de ofertas, em conjunto com as áreas de negócio, no que se refere a planejamento de recursos materiais e humanos, avaliação de riscos, projeção financeira e outros relacionados.

6. Supervisiona as atividades de gerenciamento de projetos em nível de portfólio por meio de revisões de projetos (Project reviews) com os gerentes funcionais e gerentes de projeto. Assume um papel ativo na tomada de decisão e resolução de problemas identificados bem como em reinvindicações (claims) e demandas levantadas pelo cliente.

Background:

Superior completo preferencialmente em Engenharia elétrica ou afins.

Experiência em projetos de energia elétrica (Geração, Transmissão e Distribuição) de grande envergadura, complexidade contratual e de gestão;

Experiência em gestão de pessoas;

Habilidade em análise crítica de projetos e contratos idenficando complexidade e riscos;

Conhecimento em contabilidade, relatórios financeiros;

Noções de desenvolvimento de cronograma no sistema MS Project;

Desejável certificação PMP;

Desejável conhecimento do produto de transformadores de potência;

Desejável conhecimento no ERP SAP (módulo SD-CS),

Necessário Inglês nível avançado.
