The ED-level Relationship Manager | Senior Originator will be a right-hand person to the Natixis Brazil Representative Office Senior Country Manager mainly focused on client management, identifying primary clients, transaction targets and building the business in the country. This must be done in coordination with the Senior Country Manager, the Latam Platform, and the main business lines in NY, to develop goals and strategy that is aligned with the strategy of the Bank.

She/he/they will:

Assist the Senior Country Manager to identify, establish, develop, and maintain client relationships with top tier clients, global clients, and sponsors in Brazil. Focus on Corporate, and the marketing of different product lines (Global Markets, DCM, syndications, corporate and project finance, trade finance, among others). Assist the Senior Country Manager in monitoring the client portfolio by setting strategic dialogue with clients, bringing visible transactions and mandates, and developing cross-sell with main clients. Identify the financial needs of the clients, and coordinate with Natixis’ dedicated team for offering the optimal financial solution. Formulate and coordinate strategies with the business lines and contribute to the strategic planning and development of operations. Coordinate with business lines and hierarchy for preparation, monitoring, and reporting of the budget. In charge of originating and assisting the respective product lines in NY in the structuring and execution of transactions in Brazil. Interact with New York's structuring and legal teams to support the execution of transactions. Coordinate and follow up the development of the deals with Operations and NY Latam Platform. Ensure proper onboarding and periodic review process for the KYC of each of the clients. Produce Credit Applications/Company & Industry Analysis for the client base, including the renewal of existing facilities and for new transactions. Ensure data quality in the Bank's systems to support the Credit Process, KYC and monthly results reporting. Prepare a weekly pipeline report on the CRM of identified or pitched opportunities. Assist the Senior Country Manager in ensuring the Rep Office remains in compliance and good standing with local authorities’ requirements and conditions, including submission of regulatory reports.

Profil et compétences requises


• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong relationship skills and management experience with clients
• High quality access to corporate clients
• Good attitude and open mind to learn and fit into the team.
• Must be fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English, both written and verbal; Spanish and/or French are a plus
• Financial structuring and cash flow modeling, negotiation, due diligence, credit analysis and project documentation
• Computer literacy in software applications, such as Windows | MS Word | MS Excel PowerPoint, etc.
• Able to present to clients and convey presentations clearly and comprehensively
• Contribute effectively toward a collective organizational goal or toward solving problems/conflicts
• Able to perform problem analysis and searching for data/solutions, considering facts and providing realistic judgement, and have the ability to make decisions and take actions
• Identify and be responsive and proactive to the needs of our clients to ensure high satisfaction
