Breve Introdução e Sobre o Trabalho
Nosso time de Recursos Humanos está em busca de um HRBP Manager (Vendas Campo e Demanda) para atuar na região de São Paulo/SP. Para isso, suas principais contribuições serão:
Irá atuar como consultor interno dos líderes de campo (vendas e demanda) da Danone Brasil, sendo responsável por apoiar no atingimento dos objetivos estratégicos, alinhando os recursos humanos de forma eficiente:
Desenvolver planos de ação e estratégias em conjunto com líderes e gestores para aproximar a organização de seus objetivos; Oferecer pareceres executivos aos gestores, facilitando a tomada de decisões; Trazer feedbacks efetivos para apoiar a gestão e desenvolvimento de liderança; Identificar competências necessárias na equipe e apoiar no desenvolvimento destas; Apoiar o desenvolvimento de iniciativas de RH, incluindo ciclo de desenvolvimento de pessoas, gestão de performance, planejamento de sucessão, desenho organizacional, revisão salarial e gestão de recursos; Trabalhar de forma colaborativa com os times de RH para suportar e desenvolver ações específicas para o campo.
Sobre você
Formação superior completa; Experiência em planejamento estratégico, atuação em plano de negócios preferencialmente com atuação direta a time de vendas e/ou demanda; Conhecimento dos processos de RH como gestão e desenvolvimento de talentos, planejamento sucessório, orçamento, engajamento; Experiência como consultor de RH estratégico, sendo coach para liderança; Experiência com diagnósticos através de dados, desenho e execução de plano de ação; Inglês avançado/fluente.
